1.4. No Refunds for Services. All fees paid for Services on MelonStreet.com are non-refundable as set out in Section 14. This does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights under applicable law.

2.2. You must not:

8.2. Our total liability to any user for any claim related to this Site shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by the user to MelonStreet in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in:
  • Wyoming, USA (for users located in the Americas), or
  • England and Wales (for users located in the UK, EU, or elsewhere).

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. No Partnership

Nothing in this Agreement shall create any agency, partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship between you and MelonStreet.

14. Fees, Payments, and No Refund Policy (Services)

14.1. Scope. This Section applies to all paid services purchased through MelonStreet.com, including but not limited to consultations, bookings, listings, advertising slots, subscriptions, digital deliverables, setup/onboarding, and any other service we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
14.2. All Sales Are Final. All fees for Services are non-refundable and non-creditable once paid, including deposits, setup/onboarding fees, and recurring subscription charges, whether the Services are used in whole or in part.
14.3. Cancellations / No-Shows. If you cancel, fail to attend, or otherwise do not use the Services at the scheduled time, no refund or credit will be issued. Any rescheduling options (if offered) are at our sole discretion, subject to availability, and may be subject to a rebooking fee disclosed at the time.
14.4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date via your account or by contacting us in accordance with Section 15. Amounts already paid are non-refundable, including for partial periods.
14.5. Chargebacks. You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any account with a disputed or reversed payment and may pursue collection where permitted by law.
14.6. Limited Exceptions. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund only in the following cases: (a) duplicate billing in error; (b) verified unauthorized/fraudulent payment; or (c) we cancel a Service before delivery and do not offer a reasonable alternative date. Nothing in this Section affects any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law (for example, mandatory consumer rights under UK/EU law).
14.7. Promotions and Credits. Promotional offers, coupons, and account credits (if any) have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable.
14.8. Taxes. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase.
